Alone or in pairs, seated at the bottom of this inflatable boat, you’ll float down the famous Verdon River, well-installed at the back of your “airboat” and equipped with double paddles. A qualified Ride The Verdon guide will guide you throughout your adventure!
Inflatable canoeing and kayaking is a sporting activity where you’ll be close to the water and experience unbelievable sensations as you cross the rapids.

The “Discovery” route, from Pont de Taloire to Pont de Soleils (7 kms), is the ideal way to discover inflatable canoeing in the Verdon rapids.
It is preferable to have practiced canoeing (even if only in calm waters) before embarking on this whitewater activity.
You’ll be accompanied by an expert kayaker from our Ride The Verdon team, who will teach you the basic techniques beforehand, so that the descent is a real pleasure and takes place in complete safety!

The “Gorges” route, from Pont de Taloire to Point Sublime, is a longer (13 kms) and therefore more physical circuit, ending with some lovely wave trains at the entrance to the Grand Canyon du Verdon.
As for the “Discovery”, it is preferable to have some basic knowledge of canoeing and kayaking beforehand embarking on this wilderness expedition.
You’ll be accompanied by one of our Ride The Verdon guides, who will remind you of the basic techniques required for a safe and fun canoe trip!

The “Day” routes from Castellane to Point Sublime, available only in July and August, are very long (20 kms) and therefore very physical, ending with a few pretty wave trains at the entrance to the Grand Canyon du Verdon.
These kayak descents allow you to perfect your navigation techniques and acquire maximum autonomy!
You can choose the ” I don’t stop, I don’t have time ” option at 90€, without a picnic break, or the ” It’s the vacations, I have time and I’m hungry ” option at 100€ with a picnic break.
As with the “Discovery” and “Gorges” routes, a basic knowledge of canoeing and kayaking is essential before embarking on this wilderness expedition.
