The “Family Rafting” route, from the Pont de Taloire to the Pont de “Soleils” (7 kms), is ideal for a FAMILY experience with young children (aged 6 and over who can swim) or for contemplative types.
You’ll be accompanied by a Ride The Verdon guide: he’ll sit at the back of the boat and give you all the instructions you need before and during the descent, so you can enjoy a real moment of pleasure in complete safety.
To be able to start the adventure, it is imperative to:
- know how to swim
- be at least 6 years old
- be in good physical shape
WHO IS IT FOR?

The “Gorges Rafting” route, from Pont de Taloire to Point Sublime, is longer (13 km) and therefore more physical, ending with some nice rapids at the entrance to the Grand Canyon du Verdon.
As with “Family Rafting”, your experienced Ride The Verdon guide will be installed at the rear of the raft to give you all the safety information you need and ensure your descent.
To be able to start the adventure, it is imperative to:
- know how to swim
- be at least 12 years old
- be in good physical shape
